it should be BALI THARU.
Bali was a king, Tharu was a king in Sri Lanka (before Rawavan)
Bali ruled norht, Tharu ruled Kaluthara.
Tharu was THARAKA PADMA and similar time Kataragama Mahasen’s dad ruled Yala area. who name Siva ( not SHIVA the indian god) Mahasen was his son and Tharu and Mahasen had a big war with Tharu, Mahasen was a master in Angan fights, and about 10,000 sinhalese dead on this war. somehow lately in Ravan’s time also Ravan went to kataragama to take blessings from King Mahasen who treated as a god after his death. dut
